New discovery of mass graves in Libia

In the final hours were found 350 bodies, close to Tripoli, the capital. Apparently the bodies of rebels were killed by the regime in February and March. A week ago anothermass grave was found about 1,300 bodies.
Moreover, a detachment of rebel forces moving towards the farm Daouw Mansur one of the closest collaborators of the deposed Muammar al-Gaddafi, to verify the accuracy of the information on the existence of another mass grave.

The information on mass graves have been collected after the interrogation of former members of the brigades loyal to Gaddafi, the sources said.

On 25 September, the new Libyan authorities announced they had discovered a mass grave in the neighborhood where is situated the Abu Salim prison, with about 1,270remains.

The remains of corpses discovered in this grave could correspond to detainees in theprison who were killed by the Gaddafi regime in 1996 after a failed rebellion. Two days later, six bodies were dug up in the hotel garden Rexos.

So far none of the bodies found have been identified by lack of resources andresponsible for the new regime have launched an appeal to international organizationsto help them in that case.
