Beating inside a police patrol in Bogota

One detainee was attacked with kicks, fists and bolillazos by several uniformed, was so extreme the use of force, that the man's legs were imprisoned several times with a door.
RCN News camera recorded the scene. There are at least 14 patrolmen, among those actively involved in the assault and that the man seen around. This was taken to a FontibónISC and was released this morning exact whereabouts is unknown.

The sub-police commander, Colonel Javier live in Bogota observed images andannounced the opening of investigation of all soldiers who are on the scene and said hewill not permit excessive force or abuse against citizens.
The officer revealed that the victim, involved in a fight and was released after signing acommitment to CAI macarena in western Bogota.

Police called the man to come closer to denounce the alleged excessive force and saidthat these cases will not recur.

In the investigation, inspection will verify if the uniformed police used handcuffs or toolsallowed to control the man and determine if abuse, impose sanctions.
